This is the work of a young friend who has just finished studying at Winchester School Of Art. I love these pieces.
Meg has an art blog on Tumblr with some really interesting paintings, projections, videos and photographs.
I featured the Iranian artist Masoumeh Ebadi in a recent post. Apparently she is unable to exhibit her work in her own country so if any gallery directors are reading this she can be contacted through Pictify.
I found this artist on Pictify. I love this work!
Invitation to THE 7 DEADLY SINS in the Mausoleum at Nunhead Cemetery every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 5pm throughout May where I will be showing work with 6 other artists - my own draw from the hat being Greed. Nunhead Cemetery for those who have never been is a place out of time, abandoned behind closed gates for many years the trees grew, roots threw the monuments into disarray, flowers abound and fire reduced the Chapel to a romantic Gothic ruin. Now under the care of the volunteers it has become a lovely place to be for a while. The Mausoleum is marked on the map at the gate . Calum F. Kerr will be performing on Saturday May 26th the story of Mausoleus, whose wife constructed the first mausoleum naming it after him and creating one of the wonders of the ancient world, Nunhead Cemetery is 5 minutes walk up Linden Grove from Nunhead station on the Victoria/ Dartford or Sevenoaks line
